He’s managed multi-million dollar ad buys, raised millions of dollars online for progressive causes and candidates, and driven hundreds of thousands of people to take action online and off.

Hannah Fine

Partner

Hannah Fine is a strategist, communicator, and problem-solver with a decade of experience at the intersection of digital, communications, and organizing. She’s built and led programs across campaigns, issue advocacy, and Capitol Hill — running digital strategy for Senator Sherrod Brown, designing state-based mobilization programs for Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign, and leading grassroots digital organizing at Everytown for Gun Safety. Most recently, she led the climate program at Only One, managing advocacy campaigns and helping shape the organization’s broader strategy.

Obet Montalvo

Co-Founder & Partner

Obet Montalvo is a digital strategist and photographer based in Houston, Texas. He got his start volunteering on electoral campaigns in college following the election of Donald Trump. Since then he’s worked across the American South and Southwest, learning the ropes doing everything from managing traditional organizing programs, Latinx coalition-building, to digital organizing.

Juhi Gupta

Juhi Gupta is a designer and creative strategist with a deep-seated desire and vision for a more equitable world. Juhi began her career in social justice as a community organizer on the South Side of Chicago, and her background is in design, communications, and marketing for progressive causes — from supporting artists with disabilities to fighting mass incarceration in California.

Shania Stephen

Shania Stephen is an experienced digital content and communications professional who specializes in strategy, advocacy, and polity in the racial justice and democracy reform spaces. She has led digital campaigns for organizations and electoral campaigns including Black Lives Matter, Reform LA Jails, and Nikema Williams for Congress.

Leo Tafoya

Partner

Leo Tafoya is a Mexican-American multidisciplinary digital creative born and raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles (310) and currently based in Lennox, CA. With origins as a graphic designer and video editor, his 4+ years of experience have included work in transformative justice, first-generation access to higher education, grassroots organizing, cannabis policy, and local and state-level politics. Leo also designed this website!
