Shania Stephen is an experienced digital content and communications professional who specializes in strategy, advocacy, and policy in the racial justice and democracy reform spaces. She has led digital campaigns for organizations and electoral campaigns, including Black Lives Matter, Reform LA Jails, and Nikema Williams for Congress.

Shania is passionate about driving initiatives that uplift holistic solutions for public safety, strengthen people-power, and inform key insights to advance American democracy. With expertise in content creation, stakeholder relations, and data-informed strategy, she has successfully mobilized audiences around key social and political issues.

Shania holds a Master of Arts Degree in Political Communications from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and American Studies from George Washington University. She is a proud first-generation Caribbean American with roots in Trinidad and Tobago.
