Our Team

Leo Tafoya is a Mexican-American multidisciplinary digital creative born and raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles (310) and currently based in Lennox, CA. With origins as a graphic designer and video editor, his 4+ years of experience have included work in transformative justice, first-generation access to higher education, grassroots organizing, cannabis policy, and local and state-level politics. 

Leo is a first-generation graduate of the University of San Francisco where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Economics, led the school’s student-run graphic design firm, served as a peer mentor for emerging first-generation students as part of the university’s Muscat Scholars Program, and was awarded the “La Nueva Generación Award” recognizing his demonstrated commitment to academic achievement, leadership, and social justice in the Jesuit tradition. Leo also holds a post-graduate certificate in Marketing from UCLA Extension. 

Outside of work, you can probably find Leo cooking pasta, shopping for the sickest streetwear, or training for his next HYROX competition.
