Our Team

Hannah Fine

I started organizing in 2015, heading to Iowa for Hillary Clinton’s campaign right after college. After nearly a year in the field, I ran the digital organizing program in Ohio for the general election — where I saw firsthand how online engagement could drive real-world action. I’ve been working at the intersection of digital, organizing, and communications ever since.

Over the years, I’ve built and led programs across electoral politics, issue advocacy, and Capitol Hill. As Senator Sherrod Brown’s first-ever Digital Director, I developed and led his digital strategy, building a high-profile online presence to amplify his message. On Senator Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign, I created and ran the national state-based mobilization program, helping teams in 31 states integrate digital into their voter contact and communications work. At Everytown for Gun Safety, I led a team that developed innovative grassroots digital strategies — mobilizing tens of thousands of supporters, expanding a national network of social media volunteers, and launching digital campaigns that drove real legislative wins.

Most recently, I led the climate program at Only One, managing advocacy campaigns on plastic pollution, renewable energy, and environmental justice. I worked with frontline leaders, funders, and coalitions to drive action at local, national, and global levels, integrating political, communications, and digital strategy. I also helped build the organization’s broader advocacy program, leading a team of campaign managers to scale its impact from the ground up.

Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by the challenge of moving people to action — whether that’s reaching them online, crafting messaging that sparks engagement, or empowering a team to tackle big challenges. I love taking on work that requires different kinds of thinking and strategy. That’s what led me to launch Fine Strategies: to help mission-driven organizations get things done, however they need it most.

When I’m not working, I’m usually in Brooklyn, where I live with my fiancé. Lately, I’ve been trying to master the art of cooking without recipes (which has mostly gone well) and expand my taste in music beyond musicals and ‘70s R&B (…which has gone less well). I live for a well-structured to-do list and am powered by iced coffee, my wonderful family, and righteous fights.
